I left four stars on a card in April because I “now notice fog everywhere.” I’d like to revise that. I believe the candle is causing actual fog.

Thank you for the observation. We looked at the record for Sausalito: fog on about 64% of October mornings, averaged since 1990. You’ve had 79%. That is high, and we don’t want to dismiss it.
However, a Vallejo Fog burning four hours an evening releases roughly 0.003 grams of water vapor an hour. To produce the fog you’ve seen, you would need approximately 4.1 billion Vallejo Fogs. We currently pour forty, on Tuesdays.
We do, Doug. So do all of us, a little, every time we breathe. We hope you’re breathing well.
Continue, unfortunately. It’s Sausalito. But we are honored to be blamed for it. Very few small businesses get credit for weather.
Related: my Ocean Beach has not made my apartment any more like the beach. I feel shortchanged.
That one we will own. Ocean Beach was designed for a cold room with an open window in November. Somewhere drafty. Possibly outside.
Took it to Ocean Beach at dawn. Extremely like the beach. It went out immediately.
That might be the most accurate review Ocean Beach has ever had. Wind is the one note we could never get into the glass. Please don’t try again; we’ll send you a replacement wick.
Foggy again this morning. Didn’t light it last night. I’ve apologized to the candle.
