The Back Room.

An independent forum for people who own, burn, return, and have strong feelings about Hale & Wick candles. It was started by a customer in 2017. We were invited to help look after it in 2019, and we do, by hand, Tuesday through Saturday, 11 to 6.

A note from the counter

Every complaint gets the good pen.

We read every post here, including the ones in capital letters. If something has gone wrong with a candle, tell us in Burning issues or at the counter, and someone who poured, packed, or sold it will answer. Often the same person. There are not many of us.
